With Our brand 2SharpCuts, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter the door to the moment they leave our chair. CANCELLATIONS
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. We take time to prepare and arrange to be at the shop just for you so please when cancelling do it in a timely manner preferably at least 24 hours before. Just shoot us a message and let us know you can't make it. To many no shows will get you blocked from booking.

TARDINESS
Please be courteous to the barber and other clients s and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our other clients
